Pet care experience
Growing up, I have been around pets, especially, dogs since I was born. In my house, we have always had either one or two dogs at a time, ranging in sizes from small to medium-large. I have experience watching other people’s dogs along with training my own dog back at home. He is a rescue and required a lot of work and dedication to get to where he is now.

Jamie has been a vital part of both of my dog’s, Harley and Lucy, lives for the past several years. She’s walked them, given them tons of love and been there for them (as well as me!) when they were sick. She’s incredibly responsible and trustworthy. She shows up when she says she will and completes the job to the fullest extent. I trust her implicitly with both my dogs and in my home as well.

As stated before, I cannot house any animals at my place since I am renting. Given this, I am flexible with traveling to places to work. I talk with the family of the dog(s) first to get to know what the dog(s) needs are and how things are usually run in the household. While I am caring for the pets, I will follow the given instructions and keep the family updated while they are in my care.

A typical day
I love to take dogs outside in either their back yard, to a local park (as long as it’s safe for both the dog and me), and on walks. I will tailor the type of play and exercises based on the dogs needs and what I am told by the family.

Availability
I work within the local school district and currently on winter break. I have a very flexible schedule currently for the holidays. Due to my current living situation, I cannot house any pets at my residency, but I am more than willing to travel for work.
