Hello, friend! You can call me Jamie or James. They/them pronouns please and thank you! For all 31 years of my life i've been surrounded by animals. I grew up in a Dog Show family, handling Staffordshire Bull Terriers with my mom starting at age 10. Going into my late teens and early 20's I fostered a number of rescue cats and became my friend circle's go-to person for pet sitting on the fly. For 2 years I helped my partner with his personal pet sitting business: doing dog walks, drop-in's, overnight sitting, and pet boarding in our home in Sacramento. I now do my own freelance pet care services here in Sacramento and the bay area.

Jamie is a great petsitter/house sitter. I’ve used Jamie’s services on many occasions from a few days to a few weeks for pet sitting while I’m away on vacation. Jamie is friendly with my dogs and cats, Jamie is reliable and trust worthy. Jamie is very good at communicating with me and leaves our house in great shape. Jamie has a natural talent and friendship with animals and Jamie treats them all with kindness, respect and is playful and gentle with them all. I highly recommend Jamie with caring for your pets, plants and house. I am fortunate to have a great pet sitter ! I hope you all will be too!
If you’re looking for a fun loving dog sitter, you have found the right one. Jamie is a wonderful caregiver to both my Yo-Yo and Pugsly. On many occasions Jamie has watched my pups for days at a time. Every time I return from my trips I can see that my dogs are so happy and well taken care of. I can always tell that Jamie enjoyed being with the pups as well, because Jamie always sends me updates, photos, videos of their adventures together. It makes me feel so happy knowing they are with someone who is giving them extra love and attention while I’m away. My dogs are not the easiest, because they are both very emotional and Jamie always knows what to do to make them comfortable and relaxed. We like to joke in my family and say Jamie is the god parents of our pups. We are so happy to have found Jamie. You won’t regret picking Jamie as your sitter.
Jamie has cared for my Chevrolet; an 8 year old short hair domestic indoor sensitive, assertive, pretentious, Irritating, and unbearable Cat. They have taken care of her on and off for me the last two years, when I’m out of town. They’re able to get pictures with Chevrolet and connect with her in a way almost everyone can’t. So if Jamie is able to overcome this wild girl, some would refer to as Regina George from the Mean Girla, they can take on any animal easily. 10/10 Would recommend.
Jamie is such an incredibly reliable and trustworthy pet sitter! I have a cat and a dog, both of whom absolutely love them. They are very considerate and respectful when it comes to not only looking after my pets, but my home as well. I appreciate the wonderful environment they are able to create for Otis and Yaoi while I’m away. They also send me photo updates from time to time, which I love to see as well :) Highly recommend Jamie and their services. Your pets will be in amazing hands!!

A typical day
If your dog is active- we’ll go on long walks, check out a nearby park if possible, play tug of war, or throw around their favorite toy! If your pup is more of a couch potato- I am more than happy to lounge with them and give them pets and love to their heart’s desire <3

I’m not currently working a traditional 9-5 job, so I have plenty of time to hang out with your animals! I have my own dog at home (a senior toy poodle) who is very low maintenance so my schedule is very open and flexible.
