Hello pet friends! My name is Jamie and I am a fur mom to my retired racing greyhound, Beau (5), and galgo, Zeta (2)! Although I am new to Rover, I have cared for pets my entire life. I have experience with cats and dogs and feel very comfortable caring for both. I understand the specific special needs of greyhounds/sight hounds and have a 6-foot wooden fenced-in back yard (especially helpful for escape artist pups!). Know that if you put your trust in me to care for your fur babies they will be extremely loved and spoiled during their stay. I would do anything for my dogs and will treat yours as I do my own :) My dogs are low-medium energy, and will do well with dogs who are similar. They love to play in the yard and play in the house with bones & toys! I am home from work every afternoon for a few hours which allows me to check in on the dogs, go for walks, and snuggle on the couch with them. They will never be left alone for more than 6 hours at a time. If a walk or mid-day check-in is all your pet needs, my flexible work schedule allows me to so! I understand how difficult it can be to leave your fur babies, and I am happy to cater to your pets’ specific needs and love them as much as you do!
