My name is Jamie Cox and I am a HUGE animal lover (especially doggies!). I am 25 years old and have over 12 years of experience with dogs and other animals. My family has had many dogs, cats, bunnies, fish, turtles, and birds. When I was 15 years old I started working at Emerywood Veterinarian Office in North Carolina and loved it! I would take care of the dogs and cats that boarded weekly, bathe them, cut/file nails, administer medications, feed & walk them, and of course play and cuddle with each one of them. My job was a so much fun! I worked there throughout high school and college also. I then graduated college with an elementary education degree and taught for 3 years. During college, my husband bought me our very own puppy and my heart hasn't been the same since. Our dog is another member of the family. He sleeps with us and joins in on our family photographs. He is the best. His name is Whiskey and he is 3 years old. His breed is Mountain Cur and he loves to run and play in our huge fenced in backyard but also loves to sleep a lot in between playtime. I have a son and now stay at home full time, so I am available!
