Pet care experience
We live on a 3 acre small family farm. Your dog will get to explore the woods and nature during their stay, while your cat will remain indoors with us. Both will be showered with attention from our family of 5 with kids ages 15, 10, and 3. We have been an animal loving family all of our lives and welcome your pets stay!

Your pet will have eyes on him/her nearly their entire stay. They will be have lots of room to explore in a safe environment, with lots of eyes on them and people to shower them with affection. We have locks on all of our exterior doors that we are religious about using. Your pet will be safe and supervised at all times. We even have indoor cameras. :)

Information Jamie & Brandy R. would like to know about your pet
The dog must be up to date on all shots, including bordetella. He/she must have zero fleas and be on a regular flea/tick/wormer treatment. Cats must be treated for fleas prior to boarding, as well. :) We ask that you bring all food, medications, and crate with you upon boarding.
A typical day
If your dog pleases, he/she will play with our dog, which we keep indoors, and we will go on walks and play in the yard. We do not have a fence, but our dog stays in the yard and we have a 30ft handheld lead in which we will attach to the collar so that he/she can have ample room to play without being able to run off. We like to throw a ball or frisbee, give lots of pets, and belly rubs! If you permit, we will also give your dog treats (carrots & milkbones). He/she will be treated as a member of the family. If your dog is on a special diet, we can accommodate. If your dog has special needs, we can accommodate. We do not like to take more than one dog at a time, as we prefer to give each individual dog our full attention. However, we will take a second dog if they are in the same family.

Availability
There is someone home almost all of the time. Your pet will be primarily indoors with dogs being walked, played with outside, and taken to the bathroom multiple times throughout the day. We will feed all pets according to your schedule, and if they play well with others, they can play with our sweet, loving, 6 year old German Shepherd, Heidi, all the live-long day! :)
