I am a military veteran and W&M student. I am also a permanent Williamsburg resident, so I am available year-round. I have always been a huge animal lover and have always had pets. I was previously a volunteer at the animal shelter, which gave me a multitude of experience with a wide variety of breeds of cats and dogs. As a volunteer, I completed training to handle dogs of different degrees of difficulty. I have experience caring for special needs pets as well. I have cared for dogs undergoing heartworm treatment, those with severe separation anxiety, and pets recovering from surgery. I am comfortable with dog aggressive dogs due to my volunteer experience as well as with my dog. My pets have always been my babies and I know some anxiety can be attached with allowing someone else to care for them.
