Excellent service and communication. 5 stars for sure! And our dog absolutely loved James and seems a little sad to be home, tbh ? We will definitely be using James again in the future.
James was a friendly, capable dog and cat sitter and was able to spend a lot of time caring for our dog and cat while we were away. Our dog is a high energy dog who can be difficult sometimes, but James was able to get along great with him and give him lots of exercise. He also sent us frequent updates with pictures and followed our instructions to take care of our house plants. He communicated with me and handled things well when anything out of the ordinary happened. I would definitely recommend him and would consider hiring him again!
James is very personable and honest. He goes over and above to take care of his client’s pets. I am so fortunate to have found such a great person to care for my dog. When entrusting your pet with James you simply do not have to worry about them while you're away....he cares for them the way you would care for them. That's a piece of mind that is priceless!
