My name is James and I am looking forward to meeting you and your dog(s). I joined Rover to assist dog owners in caring for their furry friends. I am trust-worthy, reliable, and fun. About me: I am an entrepreneur with a flexible schedule and a soft spot for chocolate labs. Being self-employed for the past 25 years, I am passionate about customer service and exceeding my clients expectations. When you entrust me with your dog(s), I will show up on time, deliver what I promise, and keep you informed. My dog experience: I have been the go-to dog and house sitter for many friends and clients over the years. I have experience with multiple breeds including: dobermans, mastiffs, labs, golden retrievers, labradoodles, weimaraners, greyhounds, and mutts. I also have experience feeding special diets, administering oral medications and vitamins, and senior dog care. My first dog Ozlo, a chocolate lab, was the best! He never met a human he didn't like. He was a cancer survivor - living two additional happy and healthy years after his initial diagnosis before passing away. My goal: To provide your furry friend(s) with the best care while you are away. I understand the importance of consistent training and am willing to follow any "dog rules" you have implemented. I enjoy being outside and would love to take your dog to the local dog park to socialize and play after a long walk. I look forward to hearing from you and caring for your dog(s)!
