This was my first time using the Rover App and I was hesitant to have someone come to the house that I had not known before. James was very accommodating and came for pre-visit to introduce himself to me and to meet Shadow. I could tell during pre-visit that James would be a good fit for looking after Shadow in my absence. James briefed me on what I could expect during the drop-in visits and gave me tips on preparing a booklet on particulars about Shadow and other relevant information that would be a helpful reference resource in the care of Shadow. James did all that he said he would during his daily visits including providing Shadow company and some play time and ensuring she had food, water and that her litter box was cleaned each visit. I received updates with every visit, including photos. Can't have asked for more and would definitely book again. Thank you James.

You will not be disappointed. James and Cheryl are the kindness, most considerate individuals you will meet. Right away, you can tell they love animals. We are very picky with who we leave our dogs with, but we had no concern leaving them with James. They undated us everyday and even took amazing pictures of our dogs. They are such an active couple which our dogs appreciated as they love long walks. We are forever grateful for the kindness and love this family showed to our family. Wouldn’t hesitate to choose them again. Actually, I will always choose then when I can! ❤️
