Pet care experience
I have lived with dogs and cats most of my life. They take naturally to me, and I relate to them in a heartful way, without overindulgence or spoiling. I am athletic and comfortable engaging with dogs at their level, walking, playing, and cuddling. My spirit is low-key, calm, patient, and friendly. Dogs and all animals always seem comfortable with me. I have 2 grown sons, am a volunteer and avid supporter of Canine Companions for Independence, and appreciate having time with dogs. (we currently have 2 cats at home and no dogs). I enjoy being outside and getting exercise, so this work is a win-win for all. Healthy dog and Healthy Me. I take this work seriously, have a dependable car (SUV) and I'm always on time (or early).

My experience with James was great from start to finish. He took great care of my two dogs and sent picture and text updates, and he left the house perfectly clean. I will be reaching out to him in the future to look after Hunter and Sadie again!

James was an incredibly attentive sitter for four days and three nights sitting our Husky Hatchi. He went above and beyond in caregiving, exercising and making sure Hatchi had everything he needed. He also was on time, a great communicator during the entire duration of our stay, and we came home to a happy Hatchi and spotless house! If I could give James 10 stars, I would. Used James for the first time last night to sit with our 8mo old lab. Everything was super smooth and we felt very comfortable that Mac was in good hands. Will definitely be calling James again!
