I love having a furry friend around, especially when he/she is my running partner (although I'm ok with just walking too). I also love exploring new places so getting to explore a new neighborhood while walking a dog is ideal for me (as I'm new to SF). My own dog, Samson, is 9 years old and he appreciates good runs but his hips are aging faster than his personality so he can't always keep up. I am a young professional that just moved to San Francisco and I would love to meet some furry friends. My dog lives with my parents now because he doesn't travel very well and I'm contemplating getting another dog. Petsitting/walking would be a great way for me to personally see if a dog can fit into my life right now.
