Second time booking with James. Flash had an amazing time. James was in constant communication, and treated Flash as one of his own. Even gave him a brushing when the other dogs were getting them. James is kind, courteous, and loving with the animals. We love booking with James, and so does Flash. Flash is happy during his stay, and happy when he sees us. This allows us to travel without being worried about him. James is our guy!

James is a real dog person. From a comfort perspective, he requested a meet up to make sure that Flash would get along well with his dogs. Not that there was anything wrong with his own dogs, they were absolutely lovely and sweet when we all met. James was always super responsive to any message I sent, and provided lots of pictures of Flash during his stay. He really took care of our dog, making sure to take him on walks everyday. Flash loved his stay, and we will be using James again and for the future.
