Gruff had a fantastic stay with James and his wife. He can be a bit of a nervy dog with other people, so it was great to see him so relaxed when I picked him up. He clearly got on very well with James’ spaniels too! James was also hugely accommodating in arranging pick up / drop off, especially as James minded Gruff over two separate visits, with a friend of mine taking him in between. Couldn’t recommend James highly enough.

James has been great, really responsive and flexible with timings. He always sent us photo updates which was great as it was the first time we were leaving our puppy by herself in the house. We now have an ongoing agreement. Highly recommend James!
