Overall I am so happy for my first time using Rover! Rockys still a pup so I know he could be a handful but James seemed like he knew how to handle him. The report pictures were so cute, I was so surprised he could get him to sit still! One thing I have to mention is that when we picked him up, he did smell a bit of cigarette smoke. I am very grateful James was able to accommodate us on such a short notice.

This is the first time leaving my two boys with a stranger. I could not have picked a better person than James. He was so responsive and provided me with daily updates.
