I have had dogs as pets (and sometimes cats and turtles too) most of my life. I have dog sat for friends at night, daytime and for periods of multiple days. I love to experience a dogs 'happy tail' at the end of a busy day. Of course multiple times a day is nice too. I have helped rescue dogs and cats living in bad conditions and currently share a dog (Soldier) we rescued with my niece. He has save my life twice. I am diabetic and he can sense when my blood sugar is low. Before that we had an AWESOME Mastiff Boxer Mix for about 11 years. I sit for a pair of dogs a friend has that we rescued (Romeo and Juliet ). Their original owners where unable to provide the care they needed. They are now inseparable. Ask to see the dogs pictures if you have an hour or two :-)
