I'm a life long dog lover and owner. I grew up with great danes, poodles, and German Sheppard's in my house. I have a single family home with a doggie door and a large fenced yard. I am currently without a dog of my own and I recently started dog sitting for a friend. I realized how much I miss and enjoy the company of our canine friends and that has led me to Rover.com. I am also joining for the health benefit for me by getting a little daily walk in as I am trying to lower my cholesterol. The financial benefit is a plus too as my youngest daughter is getting closer to college and she is looking for a degree in aerospace engineering. I think its a win win for all!
