I am the front desk manager at a dog day care and boarding facility, and had the pleasure of working very closely with James. James is one of the best dog caregivers I've ever come across. I worked with him for two years, and continued to be impressed with his love and patience towards the dogs. He was so sweet towards them, many would cry if they weren't in his yard. We had dogs that would literally jump for joy when seeing him every day when arriving to camp. He would help the new dogs come out of their shell if they were shy, and form incredible bonds with the dogs that regularly came to camp. Parents would even ask if Matt was there because they knew how much their dog loved him. I was consistently impressed with his knowledge of each of the dogs and the relationships he formed. He was always the first to notice if a dog's behavior was out of the ordinary, and would try to fix the situation if needed. His care and patience towards animals is something that can't be taught. I would highly recommend James to be a dog caregiver.
