Pet care experience
I’ve been a dog lover/owner all my life - I’m that annoying person that will stop on the street so say “aww look at that doggy”! Me and my husband currently have two dogs (Bobby, Chinese crested, 11 and Nala 2.5 Cypriot rescue) and also have Poppy (Dalmation) who we are looking after in long term foster care. We have ample experience and enjoy the company of dogs more than humans (sorry) - yet to find a dog that we don’t love.
Reviews
James made leaving our girl so easy. He's a wealth of warmth and understanding to dogs needs and fears and made her one of the family. We met beforehand to test the water and all went well. Would definitely recommend James and can't fault his service. Even got pictures during her stay which put me at ease.
Absolutely fabulous experience with James. Charlie had the best holiday with so many new experiences. Wouldn’t hesitate in using James again and recommending him to others.
James & Callum looked after our pup whilst we were away and were amazing! He's not the easiest dog but he's stayed with them quite a few times and is always very happy when we leave him. We got lots of regular updates on how he was doing which put our minds at ease and allowed us to relax on holiday. Thank you both x
We were particularly anxious about leaving Max with someone we didn't know, however we were quickly reassured once we met James and Callum that Max would be safe and well looked after whilst we were on holiday. Thank you both, would highly reccomend!

We have a very dog friendly house - dogs are allowed wherever they want to roam and if staying the night we can accommodate any needs (crates, downstairs only, upstairs, in our bedroom). Our garden is completely secure and during the summer months, doors are all open for dogs to roam in and out as they choose. We also have air conditioning upstairs in the the bedrooms so during the summer heat waves that is usually where you will find our dogs most of the day!

Information James A. would like to know about your pet
My dogs are used to having other doggies around and switching schedules as needed - they’re super versatile. It would be good to know of any extra needs your dog has so that we can accommodate. We have a 11 year old that needs medication twice daily - and we know how difficult that can be to administer. That being said, Nala (our rescue) can be quiet reactive to new dogs so a meet and greet prior to every booking (for new dogs) would be required.
A typical day
A typical weekday starts with breakfast, and toilet break/run around in the garden - and depending on timing and how energetic Nala is feeling , a walk round the block. Followed by some chill time whilst I work (normally they sit under my desk) lunchtime we play some games and have a few treats, and then mid afternoon we go on a off lead walk (we have lots of forests/trails near us that are perfect for a 60minute run around. Following that it’s back to work/chill time into the evening dinner and walk

I currently work 90% at home and can be flexible around that (i.e if we have your dog(s) then I will make sure I’m at home).
