I've had the pleasure of meeting Jake through out our years at Mountain Home Air Force Base. He struck me as a bright and kind hearted person. Several years later, I can confirm whole heartedly that his professionalism is outweighed by none other than his genuinely caring attitude, which drives a natural sense of responsibility. Jake has been some one I've gone to for advice, support, and a fresh understanding. He has proven to my wife and I time and time again his trust worthiness. That's why we trust him alone to watch our beautiful 4 year old blue heeler when ever we take a flight out of town, as well as friends of ours who have trusted Jake's care-giving and intuition with their pets. He, unlike most, can connect to animals well. This means he never is frustrated with them; they cooperate with him like he's their commander. A few months ago actually, jake had taken care of a riled-up, stubborn husky. Jake's calm seemed to help the situation drastically, even as other dogs came within the vicinity of the husky. I would feel comfortable putting any dog in Jake's care. No matter the size, age, or level of discipline.
