I have a fenced yard that is moderate size. I love working out/ running so exercise won’t be an issue. I have 3 roommates who love dogs and two other dogs that live here. We have a black lab and Brittany spaniel. Both dogs are energetic and love playing. If the dogs are an issue I can work around that as they both have kennels and can be put up at any time
