Jake took very good care of Izzy and, more importantly, made me feel confident that he was being cared for while I was away. Very responsive and kept me up to date on how my pet was doing in my absence. Received just the right amount of reports and information I was expecting. He followed every request we had for Ollie and his little, it was very clear Jakr genuinely cared about making sure Ollie felt comfortable and happy. We received updates throughout the visit, which we really appreciated, and it was so reassuring to know that Ollie was in such kind and capable hands. Our pup can be a little particular, but seemed like he warmed up quickly, which says a lot about the care and patience he was shown.
