Pet care experience
I grew up around dogs and cats. I've never not lived with a pet. They're a consistent part of my life. Right now I have a cat named Lemon, who can be looked after by my roommate in a pinch. One on one time with pets relaxes me. I've been a teacher for the last eight years so my strongest skills are patience and love. I'm also no stranger to routine, individualized care and cleaning up the unexpected mess. I teach improv part time so my schedule is very flexible and I can be available on short notice. I've lived in the neighborhood for nine years and I love walking the area so taking dogs out and going for a walk would be a pleasure.

Jake has done pet sitting for me for years. He is very responsible and vigilant with keeping my pets safe. Jake has been a special ed teacher, and the characteristics he shows with young children are evident in his care for animals. You couldn't pick a better, more loving and qualified person to care for your 4-legged friends.
We recently traveled to Europe, and asked Jake to take care of our 9-month old kitten, William, for several days. I knew I could trust Jake to take good care of William, and he did. I've always known Jake to be a careful, conscientious, kind-hearted guy, and I wouldn't hesitate to trust him with our pet again.
