I have known Jake for a little over 12 years. He is a fireman/paramedic for our city, New Smyrna Beach, which is probably my why he is so compassionate toward people and pet. He has been a dog lover since a small child. His mom would say “ Jake use to always being home stray dogs because he didn’t want them living on streets with no shelter and food.” Jake is a very responsible and active man which would make him a great candidate to watch anyone’s dog. He loves to go to the dog beach, walk and just love on animals. He recently had to say goodbye to his chocolate lab Kona after 9 years of being his best friend and dog daddy. This was so hard for Jake. He doesn’t want to rush in to getting another family member ( dog), so he was suggested to Rover. He often walks out Neihbors dog because he feels bad that the dog is left inside alone to much. Jake has a big backyard with a 6 foot privacy fence so when the dog he is caring for isn’t on the beach, boat or walking there is plenty of yard space for the pet. Jake loves dogs and all animals so much and i would trust him with any pet.

Wish we lived a little closer, so he could take care of our dog, Jake is a dog lover, and you and your dog/dogs will love him. He is caring and responsible, and a great dad, too.
