I have always loved dogs and feel that I have great relationships with dogs that I'm around a lot, and easily get along with new dogs. Unfortunately, my family has never had a dog besides rescued dogs we temporarily took care of from Hurricane Katrina back when I was in elementary school. A lot of family friends have dogs that I have taken care of numerous times growing up, and my best friends here at SMU actually have a German Shepherd that I take care of from time to time. I've played college basketball the last three years while maintaining honor roll grades and believe that I have great time management skills. This year, my senior year, I am not playing basketball, and will thus have some more time on my hands - more than I've had in a long time. I'd value any opportunity to make some money and help out with dog care.
