Pet care experience
We currently have two very happy, loving, and playful golden retrievers at home. We promise to treat your dog as if it were our own! We have both grown up with dogs and even have a little experience with dog training. Our own dogs even volunteered as therapy dogs at a hospital when we lived in Omaha!

This was my first time using a dog sitter via rover.com. I came across Jake & Allie's profile and they seemed to be a good fit for my quirky dog. The experience was just perfect. I received daily updates and came home to a happy dog. Enough said. The experience was just perfect.....I guess I said that already. Only wish there were more than 5 stars for the overall rating. Allie and Jake deserve 10 of them!

We have a fenced in yard for lots of playtime. Our home is a dog friendly place with lots of toys, dog beds, treats, and extra kennels if needed! When we are away from our home the dogs boarding with us will be kenneled in our laundry room. We have a Furbo dog camera in this room to be able to keep an eye on them to ensure they are safe and comfortable while we are away.

A typical day
We enjoy spending lots of time outside in the backyard or at local dog parks. One of our favorite places is the Shawnee Mission Dog Park to explore and let our dogs swim.

Availability
Allie works as a third grade teacher and has a flexible summer and weekend schedule. Jake works an office job that allows for flexible hours and to come home as needed to give our special visitors the attention they deserve.
