Hi! My name is Jaimie, I am 29 years old, and I love animals. I have been around dogs of all shapes and sizes my entire life, both my own and animals I've fostered, and I've loved them all. I began petsitting by word of mouth in high school and over time built it into a business — I‘ve gotten to do it full-time for 8 years now! I enjoy it more than any other job I’ve ever had and I am very happy to help you and your pup out. I also spent my adolescent life helping my family run a small animal rescue out of our home, which, in addition to the rewarding feeling of helping animals who cannot help themselves, has exposed me to many different kinds of animal behavior and disabilities alike. I am very patient, I understand the importance of specific instructions/requirements (no dog is the same as another!), and I have no qualms about jumping or slobber. My only downfall may be spoiling them a bit too much! I have references available upon request 🐾

We are so glad Jaimie was available to watch our pets. We felt at ease leaving our anxious pup and diabetic cat in her care. Both animals were very comfortable with Jaimie and well taken care of. I highly recommend Jaimie and plan to have her stay with our pets in the future!

Jaimie was wonderful! She sat an 11 month old puppy and a 11 week old puppy who wasn’t quite potty trained. We don’t have a fence so she took them outside and stayed out with them. She was punctual and very friendly with us and our pups. We will definitely use her again and highly recommend her.
This was our very first time using Rover and having anyone stay with our dog. We first met Jaimie for a meet and greet. You could tell from the start that Jaimie was great with dogs and our two-year-old Pitbull Opie was excited to play with her. Next, we scheduled Jaimie to do a trial one-night stay to make sure Opie would be comfortable with her staying overnight. Jaimie and Opie became fast friends! Jaimie sent us text updates and pictures. She did an amazing job and even left the cutest drawing that she did of our boy. Opie is excited to have Jaimie stay with him again soon and we are excited to go on vacation and not have to worry about our fur baby <3

I like to learn about their daily routine during our meet and greet and follow it as best I can so that they’re as close to being at home with their family as they can get! I also understand some pets might have “eccentric” behaviors — Trust me, with my own pets, I’ve been there!!
Information Jaimie T. would like to know about your pet
I’d like to know all about your pet! If there’s any serious/difficult to administer medications or special needs your dog may have, I would appreciate knowing ahead of time. I also have experience with negative dog behavior, so don’t be afraid to contact me if you know your pup might be nervous about making a new friend. Some need a few meet and greets to get to know me, and I’m aware of that!
A typical day
Activities — We’ll go wherever your pup tells me to. If he’s got a special walking spot, please let me know. I have no problem transporting animals in my car. Partridge Creek is a favorite trip of mine if your dog is okay with public/social situations! Let me know what your pets like to do - I love walks and car rides!!

Availability
Scheduling — I dogsit full-time, both overnight stays and daily walks and check-ins. For those booking me for overnights, I am typically out and about walking pups around lunchtime, but I'm usually pretty flexible and can adjust my schedule if needed.
