Hello! My name is Jaime and I graduated from Barnard College of Columbia University 7 years ago with a degree in biochemistry and psychology. I am currently working in a cancer research lab and would love to take care of your adorable pets while earning some extra money. I’ve owned and taken care of dogs before and I had previously done dogsitting through DogVacay before the merge with Rover and love animals of all species, breeds, sizes, and ages and look forward to helping you while you're away by playing with and taking care of your beloved pet!

Jaime was the best rover stay Maggie has ever had! She constantly sent me picture/video updates and was very conscious about making sure Maggie was comfortable during her stay! I highly recommend using Jaime for overnight stays!

I live in an elevator building that also has a ramp outside in case your dog cannot climb stairs. And I keep 2 live cameras in my apartment to check in on the dogs if I need to leave them at home.

A typical day
I live close to Central Park so can take your dog to the park for their longer walks. I try to avoid taking dogs to dog parks since I don’t trust the other dog owners there with their own dogs.

Although my boyfriend now works from home sometimes, I work full-time in-person on weekdays so am out of my apartment from around 8:30 am-5:30 pm. Is your dog used to being home alone at all?
