I have experience with small and large dogs and breeds of all kinds of dogs, I love pitbulls and all the breeds that some may dislike. Even if you have a giant Dane or malamute I still love them with all of my heart. If your dog has special needs like mine with daily medications and food that needs to be softened for at least an hour before feeding then I can do whatever your dog needs without you feeling bad for someone taking care of a high maintenance dog since I'm used to it. I do have stairs where I live so your dog just needs to go up and down the stairs, I can assist if needed to get the dog up the stairs.
