Please refer to the calendar for availability updates and closures. Jaileen's job is to make your furbaby as happy and as comfortable as possible! Whether you need someone to walk your furry friend on a regular basis, or when your work schedule gets in the way, or if you need someone to care for your pet overnight, Jaileen can provide a warm, inviting atmosphere for your dog with love and attention, as well as, good stimulating exercise outdoors! She loves all animals and pets alike! Jaileen is a very caring and trustworthy individual. Her passion is working with animals as a pet sitter and dog walker. She graduated college with a B.S in healthcare management, passed her doggy first aid and CPR certification, and on her free time volunteers to foster dogs through Gods Dogs Rescue. Jaileen is married and has two kids (ages 10 & 16) whom can appreciate having an extra guest or two in their home. She is also a fur-mom to a 8 year old Yorkie named Zuse. He enjoys running circles in the backyard, jumping through sprinklers, and learning new tricks for treats! Jaileen knows leaving a family member behind can be a little stressful, but she will be sure to keep you up-to-date on how your dog is doing throughout their walk or stay. The above average care she provides for her dog, is the same type of care she will provide for your pet. Furthermore, you can expect Jaileen to be on-time, fully prepared, and to respect your home and property during drop-ins for walks.

Jaileen was very accommodating for a last-minute walk. She was responsible and asked great questions. I checked in on my security camera towards the end of the visit to see my pup getting some snuggles on the couch after a nice long walk.

Information Jaileen S. would like to know about your pet
IMPORTANT health and hygiene: I DO take intact females, however, I do NOT take females in heat. If your dog starts her cycle while under my care, there is an additional $5/day fee to clean and sanitize. Obviously, I do clean between clients, however when you have a dog in heat, it does require a more thorough and deep clean as you will know. Plus the day-to-day activities will be a bit messier and harder to manage, since she will most likely need to be separated from other dogs during her stay. If your dog requires medication, Jaileen will review and follow all instructions. Jaileen has cared for many senior dogs. blind dogs, and those hard of hearing comfortably by keeping a routine, and using scent, voice, and touch stimulation. She has also cared for dogs with a history of seizures and has administered medications orally and topically. She will administer injections after proper instruction and guidance. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to ask. Additionally, Jaileen does request that your pup be up-to-date with their vaccinations and have no signs of fleas and/or is on a flea preventative. Furthermore, while she does not require your pup to be fresh out the groomers before bringing them to her home, due to possible health concerns, please make sure your pup is not severely matted. A basic bath service is offered for an additional fee to clients who ask. Thank you for understanding!
A typical day
A walk or run around the neighborhood or park would be ideal. While your pup receives their daily exercise, they will bond over the sites and scents of the outdoor surroundings. Jaileen will adhere to your feeding routine, provide plenty of potty breaks, and reward good behavior with treats (if you allow it). In her home, you will find a clean environment where your pooch can sun bathe outside, sleep comfortably in a designated temperature controlled dog room, play in the fenced backyard, or roam around (supervised of course) in the downstairs area of the home. They will be greeted and loved on with lots of belly rubs and attention from herself as well as her family. Jaileen can assure you that there will be plenty of toys and plush areas available for the dogs and will make sure your pet is as comfortable as possible, however, you may bring your dogs favorite toy or blanket for extra comfort as another option. They will definitely have a blast during their staycation!

Availability
******** SERVICES INFORMATION ********* Dog walking (your neighborhood within a 6 mile radius from Kings Grant) rate is per 30 minutes. If you want an extended walk, we can discuss $/min. Additional walks per day can be booked. Guaranteed availability based off availability (i.e. how many pet drop-offs are scheduled, daycare, and/or prior engagements). Drop-in care (your home within 6 miles of Kings Grant) visits are rated per 30 minutes. Drop-in care includes letting out pet into backyard or on a leash for a quick bathroom break, replacing food & water, administering medication, and if time allows, cuddle/play time, and/or cleaning up potential pup accidents etc. It does NOT include an exclusive walk. Earliest availability between 630am & 930am, 12pm & 330pm, and latest drop would be between 730pm & 10pm. Drop-ins needed outside the hours listed can be discussed and booked, but are based off my availability (i.e. how many pets are booked for boarding, daycare, and/or prior engagements). Multiple drop-in's per day can be booked. Minimum number of drop-ins for dogs I allow are 2x per day and max is 4x per day. For cats, I can schedule 1+ per day or 1+ every other day depending on their feeding schedule. Dog boarding (in her home) is a 24 hour service. At this time boarding is ONLY for dogs 20lbs and under and for one family at a time. Drop-off & Pick-up Times Example: if you drop-off in the morning, then at the end of the stay you are expected to pick-up in the morning as well. There will be a $10 late pick-up fee applied if you need to drop off in the morning but pick-up late in the evening (i.e.: drop-off 8am but pick-up 6pm the next day). Please provide food, leash, and medication (if applicable). Toys, treats, and plush beds and/or blankets are optional. Drop off & Pick Up times (ideally) are between 830am-930am or between 4pm-6pm. Currently unavailable **Doggy Daycare (in my home): Drop Off: 630am or 8am Pick Up: 4pm-6pm. Full day up to 8 hours $23 Half day up to 6 hours $17 If you need day care outside those hours, we can discuss night shift differential and if I'm available (i.e. how many pets I currently have for boarding, prior engagements). Please expect text and photo updates daily.
