I own a cat that I take for two walks a day and have worked with pitbull training in the past. I am an avid follower of Cesar Millan's philosophies in that to truly connect with an animal you first have to gain trust, show respect and earn their love. Learning how you care for your animal is the first step in connecting so they are comfortable and happy while you are busy with other aspects of your life. I grew up on a farm so have been around a multitude of different animals and personalities and eating habits. I also, having worked with pitbulls, am versed in particular food diets and/or restrictions if your family member has any.
