Pet care experience
I would love the opportunity to take care of your beloved pet and ensure their safety and happiness while with us. I am a stay at home mom with a 6 year old little girl who loves animals! My husband and I had our dearly loved poodle "Fred" for 10 years and lost him recently to old age. That left a hole in our family that we would like to fill by being able to have your dog come and stay with us to be treated like our own and teach our daughter the joys of having a pet around the house! Our home has hardwood floors in the living areas where we keep the pets so it is easy to keep clean and No fleas to hide in the carpet. We do not have a fenced yard but love taking the dogs for walks on a leash in the yard and around the neighborhood...our little girl loves to walk them!! We have a large back deck where the dogs can enjoy the sunshine and watch the squirrels and birds in the back yard.

We love all types of dogs and realize that each has their own personality and needs. We do have a 4 year old little girl that loves to help take care of them. She is very loving and sweet to them all. She does not tease or pull ears and tails but is very tender and gentle with them. She loves them so we want to make sure that your pet won't mind her helping out on walks, playing with them, and showing them love!
A typical day
I have owned dogs my entire life and have always loved them and taken the best possible care of them. My last dog Fred was like having a child. When we lost him we decided not to get another pet at the time as we had a little baby that all of our attention was going to. Now that she is old enough and loves dogs we are so happy to have dogs back into our home. They bring us so much joy and we are so sad when their visits are over because we think of them as our own!
