I am an experienced dog handler (air conditioned home) with all sizes and ages of dogs including high energy, puppy, senior, and shy/reactive dogs. I have also done a lot of pet photography and can provide professional pictures of your pet during their stay. I am a competitive trainer with dogs that have been titled in Trick Dog, Rally-O, Obedience and Conformation and I have experience working with dogs that have behavioural issues. I have fostered dogs and cats for many rescues for years and attended many force free/positive reinforcement training classes and workshops. I only use force free training with any dogs I work with! Although I'm new on Rover, I'm happy to provide references from rescues, and clients of other sports. I offer boarding in my place which is located close to Pacific Spirit Park and Spanish Banks. I only take 1 boarding dog at a time so your pups get the utmost attention and love they deserve. Typically our schedule involves 2-3 walks a day and in the summer time hikes around pacific spirit park or the beach. I also offer house sitting in your house where I ensure that your dog sticks to all their routines, and I will leave the house exactly as I found it. I don't smoke or drink and have minimal presence in your home. Depending on availability, I can also offer daycare at my place, drop in potty breaks for dogs, kitty visits, medication visits, etc. Please let me know what you're looking for and I will try to accommodate!
