I don't enjoy leaving bad reviews but this was a terrible situation. Maybe 3 weeks was too long for this situation but my goodness. One of my dogs looks like she's skin and bones. The other has his tail between his legs, lethargic, and depressed (he is an extroverted hyper happy baby boy usually). I come home to my apartment completely rearranged. From dog bowls for each dog, rugs, towels, bathroom rugs, candles, toothbrushes, and way more. I don't understand? This is very odd and doesn't make sense. The place hasn't been vacuumed once since I left so dog hair is everywhere. My issue is that she informed me on numerous occasions she was cleaning, which I said wasn't necessary, but she gave details and such. Nothing was touched. I got a certain amount of cold dog food and it looks like barely any was given...I'm enraged. I just don't understand? I hate being the one that has to leave a bad review because at first she seemed like a perfect candidate. When you pay somebody almost $1300 to STAY AT YOUR PLACE, the fact that she most likely just stopped by for dog walks and to maybe feed my dogs...seems ridiculous. I could have paid somebody half the price for that. That's not what I paid for. There's a lot more to this but I took photographic evidence just in case. I am extremely disappointed and quite frankly appalled I put my two sweet elder babies through this which had me fly out to another state for my work training. NEVER AGAIN.Be careful who you hire and who watches your dogs people! I heard bad stories but gave this a chance. I am never using this service ever again. This was my first and last time. God bless and be safe out there people. (I have 2 stars because at least my dogs are still alive? I don't know, I hate negative feedback but this is well deserved)

Jade was communicative and very good with our dog Samson! She helped him feel comfortable with her and took great care of him and our house! Would definitely book again!
