Pet care experience
My name is Jade, I am 23 years old and have been around animals and caring for animals, dogs in particular, since I was about 7 or 8. I have always had a love for animals and actually my first year of college went for Veterinarian, but turned out the sciences wasn’t for me. I am currently a personal trainer in Miami/FLL area, and need some extra money! I have a dog of my own back in my dads Florida home, she is a wheaten terrier. I had a Yorkshire terrier and three cats in my New York home, they had all pasted away around 3-4 years ago due to old age. My parents in Florida use this app to find people to sit for my wheaten Terrier  when they go on vacation and I thought why not become a sitter since I have lots of free time, since furthering my education online. I am able to come to your house pet-sit, walk your dog for 30-40 minute walks (once or twice a day), and even come over to your house and play with your puppies/feed them while your away! Although I am not able to stay over nights, I am willing to board your dogs, and come pet-sit for the day and come back in the morning, to walk, feed, etc.. (However, the price would vary for such option) If you’d like to know more about my experiences with animals just message me and I’d be more than happy to have you rest assured that your dog is in great hands!

Jade was a life saver! We needed a last minute evening sitter for our senior Border Collie Bernie. Jade was very responsive and sent photos throughout her stay. We felt confident our pup and our home was in good hands. Definitely recommend!
Jade is amazing with animals. I have known her for the past 5 years and ever since I got my chihuahua, Mia, I needed someone to take care of her while I was at work. I tried Jade out the first time and couldn’t believe how much Mia liked her. My dog is extremely particular with people and just loves Jade. She plays with her, throws her toys, and gives her so much love. For sure recommend Jade to watch your dogs!
Jade has made my puggle Malibu feel at home every time she is with her! She is super interactive and loving with all of the dogs I’ve ever seen her with and I feel 100% confident leaving my pets in her care. She is responsible and will care for your pet as you would as a pet parent. Any instructions that I’ve left whether it be how many walks per day, how much food, where her toys are and how often I run with her outside, are always followed by Jade and I would definitely recommend her to anyone in need of her services!!

I have a great welcoming and homey environment. I do live in a apartment but only up about 10 steps and have a nice lake and lots of green grass behind me, as well as a dog park in my gated apartment complex!

Information Jade R. would like to know about your pet
I would like to know if your dog is a female or male, the age, breed, behavior, and trying level of your dog. This just helps me better understand and get more comfortable around the dog, before even meeting! I do not have any breed preferences, I have pretty much been around most of the common breeds and some uncommon too. As long as you are honest in how your dog behaves and the friendliness of your dog, it should be more than okay.
A typical day
I would take your dog out on 30-40 minute walks around your neighborhood, or even take them in my car to the nearest park. However, I would not feel comfortable to take them off leash, especially not knowing their behavior or other dogs behavior as well. I’d be more than happy to take them on a run, considering I am very much so into working out and fitness.

I am currently a personal trainer, on my own schedule and going back to school to further my education in my field. I am looking to make extra money, and I used to sit dogs on rover when I lived in new york, so I thought coming back on here would be a great idea!
