It was a pleasure to meet Jade. I felt comfortable and at ease with her when it came to caring for Koda while we went out of town. This was our first time to leave Koda overnight with someone. Jade kept us updated with pictures of Koda while we were away. I am at ease knowing that there is someone I can reach out to to care for Koda when needed. Thank you again. Tracy S.

BEWARE!!! Don't let these girls fool you as they did me! I hired them for 3 days, to walk my dog 3X /day and once on the morning of my return (New Year's Day) while I was on a cruise to Mexico. They live only a 3 minute drive from my apartment so I gave them the option to stay the night if they wanted but since they live so extremely close thought they would be responsible enough to make sure my baby was let out and walked 3X / day even if they didn't spend the night. WRONG. I returned on New Years Day morning two hours early since I was able to get an earlier flight and texted Jade that I was on my way home a couple hours before I got there and didnt hear anything back from her. So I texted her again when I was almost home. She finally responded saying that she was almost to my house and just got my message......it was almost NOON So i asked if my dog had been out already this morning. NO RESPONSE. I walked in the apartment to find Jade in a panic, running the shampooer and feverishly trying to clean up a HUGE mess. She said the dog "pooped". I had to ask her REPEATEDLY if she had been in earlier to let the dog out and she wouldn't answer my question. Just kept saying that she spent two nights here and I changed my schedule (what does that have to do with anything??). Also said that I only scheduled her for a walk this morning but didn't specify WHEN. Really??? Long story short, she claimed the last time she took the dog out was 7 p.m. the night before which was 17 hours earlier!!! There were 6 pee stains and several dried poop piles as well. Her water bowl was empty and her food bowl hadn't been cleaned in days. Gross!!! I have my doubts whether the dog had even been tended to in the last 24 - 48 hours at all by the looks of the mess and the fact that my baby was sooooo HUNGRY. The night before was New Years Eve and I guess their personal plans were more important as was sleeping in New Years day morning despite the fact that I paid a higher rate for the holiday. Jade's excuse before I bounced her out of my apartment was that I 'changed my schedule' by catching an earlier flight and arriving home two hours earlier. In other words, I came home early and caught her NOT doing her job properly and walked in on her trying to cover the evidence! I spent the rest of the afternoon shampooing carpets. These girls should be ashamed of themselves. They tried to scam me by having me pay for services they weren't fulfilling and put my dogs health at serious risk. I had been using them in the month prior so they could get to know my dog and I could get to know them before I went on vacation so I could be assured I was leaving my baby in capable hands. There were times over the last month that I second guessed whether they even showed up because I had not received any feedback or pictures on a couple of occasions. I thought maybe it was just me second guessing things, but I should've listened to my intuition. They also asked me on more than one occasion (I have the text messages as proof) to pay them cash and not go through the Rover site which is totally AGAINST ROVER'S TERMS OF SERVICE and negates the insurance plan. I told them I was not comfortable with that and would continue to pay through Rover. I am so sad that my dog was forced to live in these unhealthy conditions while I was off on a cruise enjoying myself. I can't believe that there are people on this site that would "pose" as caring, loving dog sitters only to be scamming people out of their money thinking they are slick and smarter than the average person. Please do yourselves and your pets a favor and DO NOT HIRE THESE GIRLS. It could save your pets life!
