🐾 Paws & Meows - Pet Caregiver 🐾

Pet care experience

Please read my profile carefully. ***Availability: April, May and June 2024*** *Please feel free to still send a booking request as cancellations does happen. Also do your best to let me know ahead of time in regard to opening up slots for regular or new clients. Otherwise, spots will be considered first come first served in case. ***Last minute bookings are acceptable unless a meet and greet takes place during the same day or the next day*** ***All new clients must fill out the intake evaluation form for their bookings. >> https://forms.gle/FNEVyAwzQGsPX8JS9 << PROMO CODE: JADAC39276 I've had a soft spot for animals since I was ten years old. I loved being the caregiver of animals by treating them and loving them as part of a family. I'm insured and even more excited to broaden my pack experience and meet new animals! I am calm and patient, caring, and at ease with all dog breeds (small to large), cats, and other animals (rabbits, ferrets, and fish). I treat my pets as members of my family and believe that every pet, regardless of breed, deserves a second chance. I have experience socializing dogs and cats, maintaining routines, administering liquid and pill medications, and dealing with separation anxiety while training and walking dogs. As a senior in high school, I volunteered at the North Rescue of Dobermans and the following upcoming in college, after I worked for a pet facility for a year as a doggy daycare attendant. I also volunteered as a cat feeder for the Campus Cat Coalition at UTA as a recent graduate art student with a BFA in Fine Arts.

Jada was wonderful with our dogs and kept me updated throughout the day. I think they were really sad to see her leave. I highly recommend Jada as a sitter for your babies.

We will definitely be returning to Jada for our future pet sitting needs! She was very responsive and provided updates each day. We had a house of 5 cats and 2 dogs and she made she each one was taken care of with love.

The peace of mind that comes from having someone you trust watch your pets while you’re away is worth so much. We took a risk on Jada, not knowing her before hand, which is always a bit stressful when you’re going to leave your pets with someone you don’t know. After the meet and greet I felt very comfortable with her. She is by far the most professional dog sitter I have ever met. She is very good with dogs and cats. All of our pets absolutely loved her. It feels good knowing that when I go out of town next, if Jada is available, I will 100% trust her to take care of my pets, and I won’t have to worry about a thing. I will not hesitate to contact Jada when I’m planning to go out of town next!

On drop-in visits, I will spend quality time with the pet for 30 minutes or an hour. I will cuddle with them, do playtime, read stories to them, clean bowls, refilled food/water bowls, medication (pills or adding medication to the food) and even sit down giving them wonderful pets. Walks are not included for drop-in visits, and it must be a separate booking. At the client's house during house-sitting, I will water your plants, pick up poop for service and keep an eye on your pet the entire time I am there. I usually leave the place, clean and neat the way how it is and can always keep animals in the same area or separate animals while the pet parent isn't there. I'll be following instructions, asking questions about and paying close attention to your pet, telling stories, or cuddling with them on the couch while watching TV shows. Walks are included during house-sitting in case for routines.

Information Jada C. would like to know about your pet

♦ Vaccinations ♦ - A rabies shot is required, not if all vaccinations are current. ♦ Food and food allergies♦ - The amount of food consumed by the pet. Most importantly, determine whether the pet is allergic to any food flavor (salmon, beef, chicken, etc). ♦ Dog & Cat Behavior ♦ - Any pet behavior related to food and other people/dogs when out for walks. Your pet must be friendly to people; however, if the pet is shy, I have the experience to proceed slowly and allow the pet to approach me. I'm used to taking things slowly and respecting their space, just like cats. Your pet must be house-trained and potty-trained unless they are in training. ♦Other animals ♦ - Any kind of behavior related to food and other people. If they are shy, I would like to know certain tips and trick and how to approach them slowly. ♦ Special Care ♦ - Any special care conditions, such as limited walks or special veterinarian food. Any oral medication that your dog/cat needs to take both during the day and at night.

A typical day

I will provide cuddle time and canine enrichment activities like treat balls, and interactive puzzles to stimulate your pet if allowed. I will provide updates from one to three updates per day/each visit as well as photos and/or video if requested. I would love to take your pet for a walk around the neighborhood to go on long walks or short walks depending on the pet's age especially living near the UTA campus, I can take your dog for a walk as well.

I just graduated college and started working part-time as a kennel assistant at an animal hospital, I am flexible, and I make sure on giving the opportunity to take care of your pets. I also love taking photos and videos to send showing how they are doing! I work during PM shifts from 4pm to 7pm during the weekdays. During AM shifts, I work from 8am to 12pm and then another shift again for 4pm to 7pm on Sundays. I do not work remotely and cannot do constant care stays. I cover areas located in my radius miles such as in East Fort Worth and Arlington area including other surrounding spots. ♣ HOUSE-SITTING ♣ - Time starts at 7am to 8pm daytime and then overnight starts at 8pm to 7am. All weekdays and weekends, I stay at the house for daytime and overnight depending on if going out for a little awhile to catch up with events and work. Long stays are welcome, but no more than 4 weeks. ♣ DROP-INS ♣ - Times are 8am to 3pm during M-F and midday drop-in visits and during the weekends are from 9am to 6pm on Saturday. Sundays are only available from 1pm to 3pm. ♣ DOG WALK / CAT WALK ♣ - Midday walks from 10am to 3pm are at a minimum of 30 minutes unless the pet has an injury, or an older pet requires less than the minimum.
