Our dogs were alive and well when we got home. Unfortunately, we received numerous complaints about our dogs barking all the time. Our neighbor, who is a policeman, eventually contacted us to see if something was wrong. He and our other neighbor both began watching the home and both say that Jaquelyn was rarely here. During her interview, she stated that she was on Christmas break from school and would be here most of the time. I contacted Jacquelyn many times requesting photos. Although she did comply, it was often after many hours. Additionally, she left us a note saying she did not hear from our dog waste remover. He showed us her text saying she would be unable to keep the dogs in because she was at work (again, in her interview she stated she did not work and was a college student on break). This was our first try at this website and it did not leave us feeling comforted.

Jacquelyn was excellent. I would highly recommend her. Not only did she take care of Bailey, she worked with her on some behavioral issues that we were having. She kept us posted on how Bailey was doing during our vacation and even took care of my outside plants. I will definitely use Jacquelyn in the future.
