Pet care experience
I've owned 5 dogs, successfully trained 3 and am currently training my 2 new Huskies! I have experience with caring for old dogs and high energy dogs. I currently own 2 very high energy Huskies and I love them! I am very experienced with working and training dogs. I am very adaptable to how the owner wants their dogs to be trained. I have dog-sat dogs, cats, turtles and even chickens in the past. I enjoy working with dogs and cats. I have experience with horses, livestock and even rabbits!

I feel incredibly fortunate to find Jackie on Rover! We haven’t outsourced for dog care in years so my anxiety was high to trust a stranger with not only our home but also our beloved fur babies. Jacqueline did a great job of caring for my animals. Her availability was also very much appreciated. Her willingness to provide services over Christmas allowed us to continue with our plans while not worrying about our fur-kids.

I know how difficult it is to train, especially with Huskies, so please let me know if there are specific things you are trying to train your animal to do, so I can keep the consistency for them. Please let me know of any special needs or medical attention you pet may need so I can serve you to the best of my abilities. I am not experienced with special needs dogs, but I am experienced with senior dogs, and I am willing to take the time to learn if you are willing to teach me.
A typical day
I love to take doggies on walks, with my huskies I know how much they like to run, I try to jog with them and play fetch as much as possible to help them get their energy out. I love to take my dogs on the Centennial Trail and to the small dog park by the Wetlands in Arlington. I also love to take my dogs on walks around the hill near my property.

Availability
I currently am working full-time so I am somewhat available to come and care for your animals! I have pretty much full control of what I need in my schedule if I have enough notice of when you would like me to house sit. I am available early mornings and evenings to care for your dogs and cats.
