I work from home, dogs never alone.
Pet care experience
I am an artist that has been working from home for the past 3 years and love to have canine company while I work. I am currently taking the most care and precautions to keep my home Covid-19 free and we can do distance meet and greets and masked exchanges of dogs. Boarding - Everyday I walk the dogs in the morning for 30 mins after breakfast, some dogs may need shorter walks, I pay attention to the dogs desire to continue a walk. I work from home, so about every 2 - 4 hours I take the dogs on a short walk around the area for fresh air and potty breaks. The dogs are allowed to roam the house and balcony during the day. In the evening, I feed the dogs dinner and go for our second 30 min walk for the day. At night, crate trained dogs are crated and dog bed are placed out in the living room. You receive a general report everyday and I do try to send pictures as often as possible. NOTE CHARGES AND FEES - extra charge of 10 per day is applied for puppies ( if your dog is registered on rover as 1 year and under this automatically applies) - extra charge of $15 per day applies on holidays and holiday weekends. (If you select Holiday dates on Rover this automatically applies) - Day care fee will be applied to your boarding reservation when care is more than 24 hours or late pick ups for extended stays. For example if you are dropping off your pup in the morning 8am, but picking up the next day noon, afternoon or evening than there will be a day care fee added. Boarding charge covers up to 24 hours, day care charge covers up to 12 hours.
Reviews
I would leave 10 stars if I could. We had an issue with our original boarding which caused us to frantically search last minute for care right before Thanksgiving. Jacqueline's availability was up to date and she was very responsive. Then literally the day we were dropping off our pup, he got a gash in his paw and had to get stitches. Jacqueline didn't even flinch. She took excellent care of our dog, including after wound care and made the entire situation much less stressful than it could've been. Most highly recommend.
Personalized care for very particular cocker spaniel. We trust Jacqueline V.
Jacquie was GREAT. Blue is always reluctant around strangers but took right to her and was not sad to leave me!
Jacqueline to the rescue! She took Autumn on short notice for an extended stay. Autumn goes happily with Jacqueline and I get fun pictures and stories. I highly recommend!

Information Jacqueline V. would like to know about your pet
There is no wrong answer, knowing more about the dog lets me know how to prepare or what to expect when with the dog. How does you dog get along with other dog in general? Does your dog have any experience with cats? Are they friendly towards cats? When walking on a leash are they eager and pull? Do they show signs of leash aggression? Are the house trained? What might be an expected sign they need to go out? Is the dog crate trained? Does the dog have any allergies?
A typical day
When I go on the 2 daily 30 minute walks, I walk to the local park Mt. Eagle Park. It is isolated away from any major roads and is surround by small patches of wooded area. There is many people who enjoy the park, whether it be playing volley ball or soccer, grilling in the pavilion or children playing in the jungle gym. There is many other dog owners walking their dogs as well. So there is much to see and smell for the pups, they always have a great time and look forward to the walks. In the house we have many toys of our own for the dogs, but please feel free to bring any toys your dog loves from home to help them feel more comfortable too.
