Dogs, cats, small animals, fish, some livestock, I can do it all! I have been around animals all my life and in previous years I have lived with four dogs at the same time; two pit bulls and two chihuahua mixes so I know the challenges of having different sized dogs with different personalities. I also know the challenge of playing with a bull mastiff that weighs more than I do. I am more comfortable dealing with animal messes than human messes. I am aware dogs shed, scratch, and bite and am not easily deterred by them. I've been dog sitting on Rover for a few years now, so if you have any questions please ask and I can answer them or find the answer for you! Another happy stay!
This was our second time using Jacqueline to stay with our 2 dogs and we couldn't be happier. She takes great care of our babies! She brings them outside and plays ball with them and keeps us updated with pictures. We won't hesitate to book her again!

I don't have any breed preferences, I would just like to know the little quirks a dog has. I once had a dog that would urinate from being too excited so I made sure that my guests would greet him outside so that he wouldn't jump all over them and get them wet. Anything similar to that or if they don't like their left ear being scratched, along those lines.
A typical day
I like to go for walks when there are sidewalks but if you're in an area without sidewalks we can just have a lot of fun in the backyard. If your dog has high energy and you have a back yard I can play with him out there for hours playing fetch and tug of war. If your dog is more relaxed I can cuddle him or read him a book to go to sleep to. Or if you want your relaxed dog to be more playful I can try to get him off that couch to play with me.

I have a full-time job with 8 hour shifts with the possibility to check in on pets on my lunch. I make sure to get to know your pet's routine so I can work around it.
