Pet care experience
I've enjoyed dogs as personal pets since childhood. I've taken friends/family's pets for hikes, play dates, and for overnight sitting. I love dogs, I love the outdoors, and I promise to treat your pets as my own with dignity and love. Pets are our family and they deserve to be treated so! <3 I have two dogs of my own in a tiny home so I cannot watch dogs in my house.

If I’m taking your dog out, we’ll either use a leash or go to a small fenced in dog park. If you have a fenced in yard, I will check that gates are closed before letting your beloved pet in the yard. I’m happy to work with you if your dog needs specific care/attention/routines/etc.

I need to know what kind of food and how much, what their typical routine is, and if they like to elope. I also need to know if your dog has any medical conditions, food specifications, allergies, if your pet shows any kind of aggressive behaviors and what management strategies you have in place, or other important info.
A typical day
I love to be outside and enjoy getting to go to the dog park. When going outside we'll be walking public trails, down the street, or go to a small fenced in dog park (I like the ones by the humane society). If you have preferences about where we go to walk/exercise, let me know. I'm happy to play with any toys of theirs, like chew toys, balls, stuffed, etc.

Availability
I currently work full time, but can drop in and go for walks before and/or after work 9-5. I can also drop in on my lunch break to let your pet out and to socialize if you live in Santa Fe proper.
