I love animals, and have experience from personal family pets to studying animal behavior. Let me know how I can help care for the other critters in your life. I provide compassion and empathetic know-how on a personalized basis. I’m happy to provide housesitting, walking, and playtime services for dogs, cats, fish, reptiles, and more. I will meet your animals’ specific needs on a case by case basis. I'm flexible to customized walk times, routes, and breeds - all to meet you and your happy animal’s needs. *I am vaccinated for COVID- however please let me know if you have any personal preferences regarding your health or your home, regarding COVID or anything else. I am happy to accommodate.*

It’s difficult to find people I can trust or feel comfortable leaving my dog with but I’m so grateful we have found Jake to be that person!! Jake has formed a special bond with our reactive pup in a short amount of time that few people have been able to. He really has a way with animals and knows how to speak their language, plus he’s a champ at following all of Murphy’s crazy routines which are necessary for his success! They are now the best of friends! I highly recommend Jake!
Jacob took care of our two pets (and plants) for a week while we were away. He immediately connected with our pets, sent us updates during the week, and took good care of them. Jacob is responsible, trustworthy, and cares about animals. We will use his services again the next time we go away!

A typical day
We'll walk to the park, around your neighborhood, or play in the backyard! I have a keen sense of the energy level of each pet - I'll pack a bag of your pet's favorite toys, frisbees, long or short leashes, and yummy treats for behaving nicely & obedience around other animals along our way (if you prefer).

I am currently open to pet care anytime, any day of the week. I am new to the Twin Cities, so going on daily walks is a great way for me to get to know the neighborhood!
