Jacob was very responsive with messaging and seemed knowledgeable about keeping dogs in house with his own pets.The meet and greet and drop off went well. I had no concerns at all leaving my dog with him. However, that ended abruptly. The eve of the first full night using Jacobs dog boarding services, I received a text from him saying, "I need you to find someone to get your dog". Apparently she was not getting comfortable, wasn't listening and was waking up their baby. Jacob ended up calling Rover and finding a new sitter who as able to pick Korra up. She adored Korra (3 year old female Great Dane) and had absolutley no issues at all. It was a very disappointing and uncomfortable feeling that I did not expect so just keep it in mind when booking this dog sitter or any dog sitter.

Jacob (Jake) is fantastic! He is so great with all of my many fur babies, and even took care of my scaly ones too! You can tell that he truly cares for all animals, and I didn't mind leaving them with him at all. I always come home to happy pets! He is absolutely professional and didn't mind giving me updates. I would highly recommend Jake for anyone who wants to come home to a happy house. Sometimes going away can be worrisome and it is nice to cross one concern off my list!
