I've had the pleasure of enjoying at least 2 dogs my entire life. I grew up in Overland Park and always had 2 dogs. Since I graduated from KU, I moved to Waldo and my wife and I have two dogs of our own. We have two Australian Shepherds (Tucker and Finn. Both are adopted, and Tucker is a mini). We don't have any children, and our dogs make up most of our lives. We enjoy their smiles, and they bring joy to our lives every day. We have watched many of our friends dogs, (dog sitting, house sitting, and drop-ins). My wife works as a nurse at Children's Mercy full-time (3 days a week). I work at Kiewit Engineering in Lenexa and I come home everyday for lunch and to let the dogs out. We are very flexible and can take time during any part of our day for drop ins and to check on our dogs. We are free on weekends and weekdays.
