I am a 24-year-old sports reporter who covers the 49ers. I graduated from Chapman University a few years ago and have cared for dogs since I was 5, and my family rescued a stray dog we named Boston (Jack Russell-Chihuahua mix) who was abandoned on Venice Beach and has lived with us for the last five years. I have my own 3 year old Australian Shepherd named Tucker. I have experience with dogs of all sizes. This may be taken the wrong way, but I care more about dogs than I do people. There is something about an animal that gives you unconditional love that is not the same with people. I always put the safety and comfort of the dog above any of my needs.
