Pet care experience
I have been around dogs of all types my entire life. For the past 20 years I have been actively involved in animal rescue with dogs (and cats) of all shapes and sizes. From Chihuahuas to Mastiffs. I am a knowledgeable dog owner and my wife is a veterinarian, so I'm used to a variety of dogs with special needs as well. I work from home and have a flexible schedule. I can assure you your pet could not receive better care than I will give them. My wife and I currently have a 12 lb shih tzu, a 45 lb tripod (my wife's first leg amputation back when she was in school!) hound mix and a 90 lb pit bull that's a huge love bug and thinks he's a lap dog.

Jake and my dog, Cash, go way back!! I adopted Cash from The Fort Rescue a few years ago and when I saw Jake was sitting for Rover, I was thrilled! Who better to watch my pup than someone who saved his life and loved him before I even knew him? Jake sent me frequent pictures and updates and made me feel so at ease. Jake is wonderful with animals and treats all his guests like they are his own furbabies! I'll absolutely let Cash go stay with Jake again, without hesitation!
My dogs love having Jacob visit and I love knowing someone who appreciates my “vicious” breeds are as loving and gentle as they come! It provides me a sense of comfort knowing they’re in good and knowledge hands! Thank you Jacob. We wish you the best on your move, you will be missed!!
Jacob delivered again!! It is such a relief to have someone who can care for my two girls while I am gone. I have absolutely no worries when Jacob watches them! I have two more trips coming up and I will use him for sure!!
My dogs LOVE it when Jacob comes for a visit! He is very attentive to them! I don't worry anymore about having to leave them knowing that he will be there to check on them! Total peace of mind!

A typical day
We live on over 1.25 acres in a private yard. Our neighborhood is secluded with one way in and out, so traffic is very minimal.We can walk around the lakes , through the neighborhood or anywhere else they would enjoy!
