Pet care experience
I have loved dogs my whole life. I am 28, married with no kids other than my 2 pups. My two dogs are very friendly and have never had a problem with meeting new animals or people. I have 6 acres of woods and no visible neighbors. I also am a dog owner, so I understand all of the things that pet owners get embarrassed about with their fur friends. I don't get irritated when dogs bark, when they get up on people, or when they have an accident in the house. This is all part of being a dog owner, whether your dog is highly trained, or just a puppy. I would be a great option for someone who needs a person who can understand why their dog does what they do! :)

Very patient & kind hearted couple who managed to get my anxious Millie to let her guard down and allow them to hold her. She has never done that for anyone besides me! I really appreciated the pics they sent showing Millie relaxed and safe. It helped with my own anxiety of leaving my baby! Their property is gorgeous, private, and perfect for dogs like Millie who love to run. I hope they are available next time I need someone to watch Millie!!!!
Jake was great with our little energetic Dixie! He kept us in the loop with how she was doing (including pictures!) from drop off to pick up. He also was super flexible with drop off and pick up times! We would definitely recommend him to friends and family and plan on using him again in the future for our girl! Thanks!!
I can’t say enough about Jake! We felt 100% comfortable leaving our chocolate lab with him. -Flexible with drop off & pick up -Kept Phoebe busy with walks & playing fetch - Sent me great updates - I felt like Phoebe was on vacation -Phoebe also had two other dogs to play with which was great! - I would recommend & book again

We are conveniently located a mile off 131, which is perfect for a quick drop off and pick up on your way up north! We live in the woods off a quiet private drive in Howard city. A perfect place for your dog to take a vacation while your also on yours!

A typical day
Walks in the woods. Frisby in the yard. They’ll also love to play with my two very friendly dogs. My wife and I have no kids, so we are able to pour lots of time and energy into dogs, including ones that we watch.
