I came to know Jacob through our mutual volunteer work at a senior, large breed dog sanctuary. From the start, it was obvious that Jacob had true skills and understanding when it came to dog handling. He is very adept at even the strongest dogs, and has a very tender heart with all dogs. He is punctual and detail orientated and takes direction well, even when it's not asked for. He LISTENS, which might not sound like much, but trust me, when you're going to be leaving your precious furbabies home while you're gone, or have someone take them out in your stead, you want them to have listened to every detail of your directions.
