I was very nervous about having someone watch my Max while I went on vacation , however Jacob made sure to send pictures and videos everyday ! Jacob took great care of my Max and Max loved being with Jacob. We will be booking again! 🙂

His new address was updated minutes before we left our home to drop off out dog and that too was done only once we asked for confirmation on location. He was never available for a video call before the schedule. Was kind of shocked to see the place as the place was having around 8 other dogs and was smelling very bad. Even though we gave separate dry food to feed our dog along with her food tray and water tray it was never used. Looks like all dogs were fed from same tray (if there was any). Our dog was behaving very awkward once back. She was sneezing with some allergy and her stomach was not good and had to take her for a vet appointment. Had to message evertime for feedback picture or video of our dog.
