I have 2 male dogs. One is a young pup so he's still learning but well behaved and trained in certain ways. The other is the opposite spectrum as an old dog, but he's still a sweatheart like the other. I give them walks everyday, but short walks for the old boy. I walk him multiple times since that's the only way he'll ever want to go potty cause he likes to mark around where we live. I also like to take the boys to the park to run around and get their energy out to play. We have a strict schedule of when the dogs eat everyday and then when we go for walks to give them a consistent schedule. We don't encourage playing in the house only for outside just so the energy levels stay low inside. Promotes good behavior then as well.
